Board Members
The Board of Trustees shall be composed of Nine (9) members, one third of whom shall be elected annually to serve for three (3) years, or until their successors are elected and have qualified.
A Trustee may serve as many years as they want with a term being 3 years.
The Board of Trustee shall be elected by mail ballot prior to December 31 to be installed at the annual meeting in January.
Officers will be elected from members of the new Board. All officers shall serve for a term of three (3) years or until their successor assumes the duties of office.
