Specific Purpose

1.  To advance and improve civic welfare and to advertise and develop
the industries and resouces of the Berrien Springs/Eau Claire
area in the State of Michigan. 

2.  The advancement of the civic, commercial, industrial, and agricultural
interests of the Villages of Berrien Springs/Eau Claire; and the
surrounding territory; and the promotion of the general welfare and
prosperity of these villages, Berrien County and its surrounding
territory, and the stimulation of public sentiment to these ends
with the providing of such social features as will promote these purposes.
