The Berrien Springs Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce was formed as a non-profit corporation on March 10, 1978.
The annual meeting of the corporation shall be held during January of each year. The time and place shall be fixed by the Board of Trustees and notice thereof sent to each member at least ten (10) days before said meeting.
General meetings of the chamber of commerce may be called by the president at any time, or upon petition in writing or any ten percent (10%) of the members of good standing.
The Berrien Springs Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce By-Laws are available to all current members.
